"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. She ran the breakfast in the mornings and helped out with guests as well. Was a great experience from staying at a regular hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"Cozy property just a few minute walk from the Main Street. Also next to the cable car which is a huge plus if you visit Isola Bella. Room had a small terrace and was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving a map and offering highlights. After check-in, they directed us to a lot right down the road- cash only upon exit but reasonable price. Nice breakfast spread, as well."
