The hotel seems geared towards business people. We found the staff extremely amenable. An excellent restaurant and pool are great additions. The neighborhood is very commercial but taxis are accessible.

Avoid Room 521 it has a terrace above, so it is noisy until late night... The room is large but somewhat outdated... The experience is bad in the bathroom, where the soap/shampoo holding system is cumbersome and poorly designed... Staff is great!!

The staff was outstanding and very attentive and welcoming. Great food for both breakfast and dinner. The pool was fun for the kids. Would stay there again.

Overall, ideal for short stays. Great central location, easy to get in and easy to get out. Room service is a pleasant surprise since is cheap, efficient with good quality.

Functional hotel. We stayed on the 5th fooor, It was quiet, clean, staff was courteous and the air in the rooms worked great, which was particularly important to us given the heat and humidity. The 6th floor lounge staff was always pleasant and the food options for breakfast and evening snack were tasty.

Restaurante was amazing
Everything was great from the start, we were able to check in early and the room was up to standards clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Villahermosa.

El cuarto muy bonito. Pero el que nos dieron olía a pintura fresca muy incómodo para dormir. La tv no estaba en su sitio en la pared muy poco confortable verla desde la cama. A media noche cuando dormíamos abrieron la puerta del cuarto diciendo mantenimiento por suerte teníamos puesto el pasador. Llamamos a recepción y que ellos no sabían nada.

Nice hotel, not far from main attractions and concert arena at Parque Tabasco. Staff was very kind and helpful getting directions and taxis. The chef at the restaurant was so nice to create us a delicious vegan dish that was not on the menu. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Good business hotel in very nice residential area
The hotel has modern, confortable rooms and is conveniently located on the outskirts of Villahermosa's city center. It's a good place to stay if you're doing business in the city because it's close to the industrial parks. The breakfast buffett was good although the dinner at the same restaurant was ok. Staff are very attentive. Good hotel overall!

Nice Location-Very Clean Room
This hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood next to the Quinta Real hotel which in my point of view is the most elegant hotel in Tabasco. The maintenance could be better although my room was extremely clean. The weekend rates are great if you go for leisure!

Too many problems
No hot water, never fixed after days of notifying front desk. Hotel too full to move. No view-windows frosted over, very slow AC (98 degrees, 95% humidity), given wrong room to start with and walked in on a woman showering, very incompetent staff, way way way overpriced for what I paid.

Great Hotel
We were traveling in a group of 6 with onew baby. We haf three rooms and none of us had any complaints and we all loved the hotel and the staff. The even let us stay in one room until 3 p.m. so that our baby could get her afternoon nap. The hotel is not located in the center of Villahermosa and not close to any stores so bringing a car would be convenient if possible. The only downside was the restaurant as we thought it was a little expensive for Mexico. We had dinner there once which was great though, so it is worth it. There is a Tok´s, Chili´s and Dominos within walking distance if you are on a budget.

Pleasant surprise
I had never visited Villahermosa before, nor anywhere else in Tabasco State. Frankly, I was expecting something rather commercial. But oil seems to have done a lot for the town and it now boasts one or two quite pleasant hotels, of which the Crowne Plaza is one. Not a destination hotel but more than adequate for a comfortable stay.

It was a business hotel, & we weren't on business
The hotel and restaurant staff were apparently not accustomed to foreigners, and sometimes it was difficult to communicate because our Spanish isn't the best. However, they tried very hard. They just didn't know exactly what to do with leisure travelers. Also, the shower is badly designed and flooded the bathroom floor. The building is very European in design, including the type of shower, but it was poorly executed. They provided a car (for a fee= or called a taxi when we needed to go into town or to Parque Ventana or to the bus station. This was not a neighborhood to hang around in; wasn't at all walkable.

Should be better!
We did not have lamp bulbs in lamps, we had 2 big towels only ( needed explain every day at length why we need more and why we need them for face, too) , did not have coffee, sugar, etc, cups with nice coffeemaker in the room presented, 1 soap bar and so on, and so on. Nice staff, almost no English, long lines to service personnel. But the worst was noise ,we heard every sound not only from our neighbors, but from people "above" and "under" us. And they were not especially noisy, just construction of hotel walls, floors and ceilings create that. I used earplugs every night. On the first day in restaurant I got half-baked pancake, they just took it away and returned my plate with 2 pancakes instead of 3! And no info about interesting places or tours!
