"Close to Alhambra, transportation to the Alhambra (bus stop), many places to eat around the area (walkable). One washer/dryer on location, but seemed to be rarely used by others. Only issue was getting to the apartment, if you have a limited mobility person with you, just be aware you must take stairs to apartment otherwise closest way to get to apartment without steps would be from another street.
