"Very unique hotel. The pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommended. Also, the breakfast buffet was lovely and the lady that runs a hotel is super sweet."

"Hotel is empty, no staff on reception,no security, have to go into a separate building where the bar is to find someone, then wait in empty hotel for them to leave the bar to check you in. I have used this hotel at least 6 times but this time the lady checking me in. Demanded i pay £25 for my tiny dog!! For 1 night. Hence dog stayed in my car for the night. Will not use this hotel again. So they have lost a regular customer."

"Difficult to find as none of the signs matched the one on Hotels.com. Damaged tiles in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Sloping ceiling meant we could only use half the room. Cuenca was lovely!"
