The location is great , the staff is excellent and very helpful, helped us booked palace ticket , museum tickets also helped to get a taxi for us when my uber price is ridiculous to go train station . Not clear from the website or on expedia that the property appears to be a repurposed office block. The walls were incredibly thin and this contributed to a noisy environment.
