"We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment. Pictures will tell the story but the mixer tap in the bathroom only ran hot, no plugs and the toilet brush was horrible....

"Viaje familiar, sabíamos que usaríamos poco el apartamento con lo que necesitbamos poco. Lo positivo, tranquilidad, espacio, zonas comunes, aparcamiento fácil, terraza agradable. Lo malo: Camas incomodas, nevera que no funciona, sin gel, jabón, difícil comunicar con ellos antes del viaje. Cumple con tener un sitio para dormir y ducharte y darte un chapuzon, su vas para muchos dias y con idea de hacer vida en el apartamento no lo veo al menos nuestro apartamento. "

"On the day of our arrival, we had an issue and were unable to reach the property until the following day. Although the house itself wasn’t bad, the pool was delivered dirty, there weren’t enough sheets or towels, and some of the windows didn’t close properly — including the front door, which meant there was no security.
