"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "

The walls were paper thin so that you could hear the piped music in the hall all night long, as if there was a party somewhere, and people constantly clattering around.
