"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel had the Perfect location for seeing Nice and being close to shopping, restaurants, beach and the train. We loved our stay. The concierge was super helpful ! The daily waters and gift of Chilled wine at check in were fabulous extras. The only tiny complaint is the pool was smaller and no as pretty as pictures showed. But it didn’t matter as you were directly across from the fabulous beach, so no need for the pool ! I would highly recommend this property. It was wonderful for the price paid and a great experience. The restaurant on property was amazing too with terrific views and you got a discount at the beach club across street. Thank you. We will be back again !"

"The property was great and location was excellent. The best part though was the concierge as he was super helpful and truly enhanced our stay. Our only issue was the check-in process. The hotel needs to address that process as there was a significant delay in gaining access to our room. In fact they have a waiting room where many were waiting in a similar manner."
