"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "This condo rental was clean and spacious, especially for France. The area was lovely and the heated roof top pool was amazing. The front desk ladies were miserable to deal with. They were rude and condescending when asked about the pool and the set up for recycling and garbage. They were equally rude in both French and English encounters. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. "

"I can't say enough about the staff: extremely caring and accommodating! This is a beautiful property with an incredible location-- the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended in every respect but with one caution. This is not an easy location to get to and from. It's a great place to stay put but not for daily getting out to explore the area."

Good stay

"We liked the hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. When the elevator didn't work and I couldn't walk down the stairs the last day of our stay, all hands were there to help. I stayed at the hotel a lot since I got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful in letting my family and friends visit me. Loved the bed. My husband wishes the shower were a little bigger. "

"The room and hotel in general were very clean, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a 4 minutes walk from the train station which was convenient to get around (and about a 25 min walk to get to downtown Nice). Although it says it in the name, I wasn't aware that the place was also a "residence" (retirement home), so the building is shared between them and the tourists, which was kind of funny to see. The room was only cleaned once throughout our stay, which can be explained by it not being only a hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Cote d'Azur."
