"When we arrived at 10 PM in the evening, we were given a room with air-conditioning that did not work and it was a hot day in Paris. The hotel had been having problems with their air-conditioning in many rooms and the lobby were quite hot as well. The hotel staff had no concern for the fact we had a very hot room. It took us 45 minutes to wait to speak with the manager to be put in a room with operating air-conditioning. Further, travelers should be aware, if traveling with two people, the beds are enclosed on three sides, which requires the person sleeping on the interior to crawl over the person sleeping on the exterior in order to get out of bed for any reason. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"New, well maintained hotel within an easy walk of the free train to parking lot PR. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to the hotel via train and walking, vastly shorter than it would to take a shuttle. The hotel is clean, new and has everything you need for an overnight, including a decent restaurant and a small but functional gym. For the runners/walkers in the crowd, there is an 800m loop off a bike trail nearby (walk between the Mercure and the Courtyard and you'll see the bike path). You're spending a night here, not basing a vacation around it, and it's way better than most airport stays."

"The man that checked us in seemed to be in a foul mood. The card system wasn't working and he did not explain this to us. We never got an apology for the delay, ever got a smile from this person. His colleague ended up escorting us up to our room with a key while the system was being fixed. The room needs fixing up. Lots of scuff marks on the walls and baseboards. The curtains had small rips that looked like a cat clawed at them. It was very apparent since the light came through the holes. My husband went downstairs to ask for an extra pillow and they said they couldn't help him because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. It was a convenient place to stay since we were right next to the terminal, but it wasn't really worth the price we paid"
