The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. "SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"This hotel was amazing. The room was clean and thankfully with a working a/c, it was comfortable, the staff was great and it is within walking distance to many attractions, transportation and resaurants. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our week in Europe."

"Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge available for your use. The Spa is definitely worth the 5€ each for the hour. A steam room, sauna, 2 hot tubs and an exercise pool plus showers. We didnt eat or drink here but the price for the night was amazing value. The whole hotel was clean and in very well maintained."
