Lovely location, even though the lake had suffered from the drought. Friendly welcome, good dinner on the terrasse. Clean and comfortable room. We were only staying one night while travelling, but I'd like to come back again and spend longer here exploring the area.

Classic Welcoming Hotel

Les Cygnes is a wonderful family hotel. Classically styled, but well-appointed with a huge, comfortable bed and a quartet of very luxurious pillows and a generously sized room. Staff are lovely, and the whole hotel is about 7 or 8 minutes drive from the Swiss border crossing and very convenient for Neuchatel. Lovely views out over the nearby lake and Villers-le-Lac and very tranquil too.

Der Check-in war etwas kurz und dürftig. Nur auf unsere Anfrage erhielten wir die Infos zum Abendessen und zur Benützung des Spa-Bereichs. Das Zimmer war klein und es schien, dass man eines der « älteren » Zimmer be kommt, wenn man nicht direkt bucht. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren lecker.

Hôtel bien entretenu, le service est impeccable Nous avons bien mangé. Le site est génial même sans beaucoup d'eau dans le Lac. Point de départ excellent pour randonner vers le Saut du Doubs.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt: alles tipptopp, wir fühlten uns trotz eines Buchungsfehlers unsererseits sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Gutes Essen mit Aussicht auf den See und am Morgen ein Frühstück, das nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ- wir waren mehr als zufrieden!! Zudem immer Zeit für ein paar nette Worte - und sogar das Rezept für den leckeren Löwenzahnhonig (Cramaillotte), fabriquée à la maison par la patronne - Vraiment un rêve en totale - alles ein Traum. Schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt! Merci beaucoup !!

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Chambre et salle de bain très propres, un petit bémol pour le matelas trop dur. Très belle vue. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je recommande virement et nous y reviendrons.
