"This is how thing fall apart. Booked 1BR apt. 1st room had no dishwasher or counter, wall falling apart, baseboards missing & very dark with few lites. Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place. On the other hand the staff is excellent. They deserve better. Also some of the best towels...go figure!"

Now normally I would accept as my responsibility when making the booking, but the link on Expedia pointed to a totally different hotel in the city. "I booked 2 nights only. It was a good price per quality. The whole staff at the reception was super nice responsive and always ready to help. The only reason why I don't give a full 5 star it's because in my floor someone had 2 small dogs and they were very noisy no matter if it was day or night. The second day in front of that door there was a huge stain in the carpet, not nice nor very hygienic. Other than that everything was fine."

For this trip, we went to almost 5 hotels and they charge us for parking and their parking was just below the building. With all the constructions going on around this hotel maybe it could of been fair to give people discount for their parking! Really bad experience with parking "
