We were in room 102. This room was unacceptable! Entrance door had a large gap at the bottom, long mirror was not clean fingerprints, room smelled of animal feces. I stay at this hotel often. I would like a credit for my stay.

We stayed for one night. One night of hardly any sleep. The first room we were given was a mess. I unlocked the door and someines shoes and personal items were in there. Bed wasnt cleaned after said person slept in it. Crackers and chocolate all over the floor and to top it all off he left us a nice ...
