"Nice large hotel very quiet "

"Absolutely enchanting!! This is run by a couple with their kids and nephew - the took ruins and transformed it into a beautiful retreat for tourists. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Loved the contrast of the dark wood and the stone/bricks. We had views of the mountains and it was so peaceful. Breakfast was included with delicious coffee and variety of baked goods, jambon, and fruit. The family is well traveled and it was lovely sharing stories of our travels. "The room was clean, room access with elevator. Parking is/ was nearby - Everything worked. No wifi. Language was a barrier when checking in. Not sure if woman was a host or resident assisting owner. There was no help in answering my questions during my stay. Outside of property was unkept, trash littered at entrance. Entry door to property was next to a restaurant/ bar that was closed. Reception was up a flight of stairs. However the price was good for me."

"Owner charged us after we paid Expedia at the time of booking. After much argument, he reluctantly agreed to credit us, however, after we checked out the following day, he reversed the credit on our credit card. Hotel was messy, dingy, cluttered with junk, not too clean and has not been renovated since the 80’s. It’s mostly a truck stop. The bed was clean and comfortable. No air conditioning in regular rooms, requiring opening windows for relief from the heat only to listen to highway...

"This place could not be better it’s central across from cathedral you can sit at night and look at it … breakfast amazing the best bakery I’ve had in Spain . It’s a simple hotel it’s cost friendly . Staff was awesome Eduardo helped a lot at night great places to eat and all the tapa bars are a block away"
