"The property had what I required and was fairly basic but accommodated my needs as it was clean. The staff are so amazing and very helpful, and such kind humans. I was able to get my laundry done which was amazing. The room I was in didn’t have a mini fridge but that was ok for a few days. The air conditioner wasn’t in the best condition but did a good enough job. This wasn’t a huge issue but when it was hot there were tiny little ants but they were harmless. Just make sure no food or drinks...

"Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! "The staff are absolutely out of this world. They were very kind and made small talk every day. When I booked an additional night through Expedia, I had accidentally booked a different kind of room, but they allowed me to stay in my current room for my convenience. During checkout, I had 6 hours until my flight, so they offered to let me access their sister location to use their pool until my flight instead of waiting at the airport all day. The water is hot, and the hotel is in the perfect location in the center of the weekend Walking Street (just be sure to arrive before 6pm on Fridays-Sundays before they close down the roads). Could not recommend this place enough! I loved my time here and in Hue."
