"They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. "For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "
