"It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family."

"i have stayed at days inn hollins quite a few times and always enjoy my stay. hotel is always clean, bathrooms have been remodeled lots of fresh paint is obvious. staff is very helpful and friendly. free breakfast is good and has some hot items. my favorite place to stay in the roanoke, va area and the price is more than reasonable."
"The room was immaculate, well prepared and the “suite” is excellent! Breakfast is good….handicap parking is good. I’m a repeat customer, great location."
"Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included with room fee. The breakfast was tasty, well stocked even after 09:00. Stayed a week and it was very nice to be treated so well by all the staff."
"I called ahead to see if the amenities such as a pool and restaurant were at this location I was told yes and upon arrival what was failed to be mentioned was that the place was under a total renovation and the amenities were out of service. The housekeeping didn't even make the beds. Also on the last day of our stay I came back to the floor my room was on and it was blocked off with plastic and the floor was torn up . I took the stairs and the construction workers were breaking up the floor right outside my room it didn't stop for hours ,at 6 I went down to request a different room that was away from the noise . First I was going to be put further away from my family but after asking again for a better accomodation I was them put in a room that was both near my familys other room and away from the noise. Also the breakfast was served in the office space with minimal food options. There was a shuttle service that was helpful. There is also some issue with my points not showing on my hyatt app.Overall the room was decently clean and the shuttle helpful, staff was nice but everything else was a big let down."
"We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services for our entire stay. Nobody came to empty trash, bring fresh towels, or make beds during the entire weekend. I'm also not confident of the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The air vent in our room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There was a discrepancy in our original booking cost and what we were actually charged. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. We were billed $399 for Friday night even though it was not a holiday or special event and $229 for Saturday night. That's a $170 difference even though both nights should have been the same weekend rate. The hotel did not respond to my inquiries for clarification. Another small issue - there was never coffee in the coffee machine in the lobby. It was a very disappointing stay, which unfortunately has made me not want to return to a Holiday Inn hotel. The front desk staff was polite and friendly - that was about the only positive of our stay."
"The suite was spacious, beautifully designed with a simple elegant style, and felt more like staying in our own luxury apartment than a hotel.
We loved the premium amenities, especially the Molton Brown products, quality tea and coffee setup, and the very comfortable beds. The complimentary bakery each morning was also a lovely touch.
What made the stay truly special was the exceptional service. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for, creating one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The location is perfect as well — right on the downtown main street and easy walking to many the attractions. The parking is not attached to the hotel but only a minute walk. The guest can park in front of the hotel for checkin before go to park the car.
Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again"
