"Ronnie and Sarah at the front desk were friendly and helpful! Excellent at their jobs!! The room was clean and comfortable. Wish we had time to use the pool but we were traveling and didn’t have the time. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again. "
"Breakfast was inedible. Found hairs in beds - sheets were obviously not changed. Pictures are not an accurate depiction of the status of this hotel. Would not recommend."
"Dinner was amazing. Smash potatoes were amazing. Wife loved the salmon. River view is what we needed. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only complaint I have is as nice as the room we had, the connection room the amount of noise and sounds you get from the neighbor was ALOT. More than expected for the price. Other than that. Wonderful stay. "
"Parking was fine... couldn't find access to the upper level. Room seemed small..but nice. No microwave... overall it met our needs. Will stay again if the need arises "
"We booked a suite that sleeps 6 people. It ended up being 2 rooms that used to have a door separating them, but that was really nice because we had 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 TVs and 2 dressers.
First I'll mention the negatives:
The AC unit in the couch/sofa sleeper side didn't appear to work (we had a fan with us so we used that to direct cool air from the side with the 2 double beds.)
The diverter on the shower on the 2 beds side did not really work either. and the drain cover was missing on the other bathtub.
Also the covers/grates for the AC were really dusty and dirty/gross.
The treadmill in the fitness center had no cushion, and the water cooler was empty.
The elevator seemed to be shut off.
The property has clearly had some improvements and upgrades, but there are still many things that need addressing. They seem to have some water issues when it's raining (wet carpet in the hallway).
Now for the good things:
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. My kids really enjoyed their stay. The layout of the "suite" was actually ideal with 4 kids because we didn't have to deal with too much fighting over the TV.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is quiet. We could hardly tell anyone else was staying near us.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a great price. The issues with the room were small enough for the kids to not care, and the adults were able to adapt. I hope the hotel continues to make improvements and address small issues."
