"Lovely property with spacious accommodations. Staff is gracious and attentive. Breakfast and teatime were delightful. Kids loved learning a bit of pottery."
"The whole hotel gives luxury vibes. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were large and very spacious. The property is beautiful with many picturesque spots.
Few things which can be improved -
1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed.
2. During last two days, there was a shoot going on. It created a lot of disruption by blocking the walkways and some of the activities like horse riding being cancelled due to it. Management could provide additional services or discounts to compensate for such occasions, if avoiding such shoots during guest occupy is not possible."
