We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect for our family of 5. This place is so clean and new and they have everything you need for your trip. We only had time for 2 days and when we come back in the camper, we’ll definitely look to stay here! Perfect location for exploring Zion.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights and I would stay here again. The cabins are new, clean, and comfortable. The location, about 15 min drive to Zion, is close enough that it was not a problem, while also being more affordable.
The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcoming. We’re very pleased with the upgrade that they gave us, we appreciate a lot. The cabin was amazing, clean and well maintained. The amenities were great. Is a great and budget friendly option to enjoy de Zion National Park.
We arrived late due to traffic coming out of Vegas but the staff made late check-in super easy. The property was clean and well maintained. It was also very convenient to visit Zion. There was plenty of room/beds for a family of 5. The only mild complaint was that there were no cooking supplies, bowls, silver ware, etc. This made using the cook top or preparing simple breakfast such as oatmeal impossible. Overall, this was a great property for our family and would stay again.
Great location. The cabin was spacious and quiet. The laundry room is open 24 hours so we were able to do a load of laundry before our next destination. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Wifi was a little spotty in our cabin, but it wasn’t noticeable because we were out and about most of the day. The kitchen doesn’t have cooking equipment, so bring your own. The camp fire area was well maintained. The dog areas are spacious and have doggie bags available for use. At night, you can hear the creek that runs behind the park.
This is an amazing place to stay, just 20 minutes from Zion National Park. All accommodations are barely a year old. Our Lancaster styled cabin was barely 10 meters from the Virgin river! It had a tiny bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. The living room also had a dining space and kitchen equipped with glasstop stove, full-sized refridgerator. Bed was extra comfortable with fresh and extra linen and towels provided in a sealed bag. Separate air conditioners in bedroom and living room. Personal picnic tables and firepits next to each cabin. We did not use the pool. Staff was welcoming and friendly.
Very clean and comfortable cabin right on the river with a great layout. Loved the porch with Adirondacks. Also has grill and patio table and chairs. Central location for what we were doing. Close to Zion but away from the Springdale busy. Close to restaurants in La Verkin, Hurricane and Springdale. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the deluxe cabins to take day trips to Zion. The entire property is pretty new and well maintained. There were not many other campers staying at the time, so things were quiet and private. The host was friendly and helpful - he offered us some cooking utensils and pots/pans for the cabin when we arrived. Overall, no real issues.
Its was really nice brand new. Very quiet and relaxing staff was awesome very sweet but where new and didnt know much but still went out of there way to make sure we got all the information qe needed. I wish they had utensils or a pan to cook in the cabins but they did have a grill that we could use with all the utensils all you have to do is checked them put in front desk. Was dog friendly. Will definitely come back!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Zion Vacation Village was genuinely upsetting.
On the evening of May 25, after using the pool, I was taking photos in normal bikini swimwear near my own cabin and vehicle when a staff member approached me and told me that management had received complaints describing me as “almost naked” while posing. I was then asked whether I could instead take photos “inside my room.”
I want to emphasize that I was fully wearing standard swimwear commonly seen at any resort or pool property. I was not behaving in a disruptive, explicit, or inappropriate manner.
What made this experience especially disturbing was not simply that another guest may have complained, but that hotel management appeared to validate and enforce such humiliating and sexualized language toward a paying guest instead of handling the situation professionally and respectfully.
Being described as “almost naked” for wearing a bikini at a vacation property was deeply uncomfortable and embarrassing. As an Asian woman, I felt unfairly targeted and singled out during my stay.
What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of response afterward. I formally reported the incident to the property that same night, yet no one from management ever contacted me, apologized, or attempted to address the situation in a meaningful way.
Beautiful location, but extremely disappointing management and guest treatment.
We had a wonderful stay the cabin was very comfortable and clean and the fire pit was a nice addition i made bbq skewers the second nite there....was a great way to spend my honeymoon and am looking forward to coming back with the kids and getting the bigger cabin
