I have no problem with dogs, but people do not pick up their dog poop so that was right on the walkway And the bathroom in my room, the floor was not clean. I just felt like the room was just not clean enough.

It was pretty clean. The only complaint is they should check the bathtub next time cause there was some booger looking things in it. And the hallway light was super bright coming thru the window at night. The motel besides that was just fine and the staff was great.

Smelled like wet dog!! Burn holes in sheets. But the wet dog smell had me in a chokehold and there were no other rooms available so we had to endure it. Candles and personally bought cleaning products did not get rid of smell for too long.

Found cigarettes butt and ash in a non smoking room. I doubt they even clean anything between guests. Found hair still in sink and around shower tub.

Our stay is usually good.but this time was a nightmare. The heater in the room sounded like ice grinded every 3 mins.the smoke alarm needs a new battery, so right above are bed it chirped all night.and the toliet runed all night.ive been coming here every 3 months for a long time.never ever had a problem like this.

Best value around the area. Staff very friendly. Room was clean but like a lot of hotels in Virginia Beach its old and outdated. No carpet in room. Wood or Engineered flooring which honestly is best. Did a clean test in floor with wet spot and clean rag. Test passed as floor was indeed clean. I will definitely stay here in future

For some odd reason, there was a continuous Irritating noise which sounded like a generator which appeared to be coming from the inside of the walls. This noise lasted from the time i checked in until the time I checked out. As a result of this irritating noise, i couldn't sleep on both days. I called down to the front desk, and they claim that they also hear the noise as well, but they have absolutely NO idea where the noise is coming from

Ms.Terrial was such a great help to me . She very attentive & proactive. She didn’t hesitate to assist me & get me checked in swiftly ! Overall Ms.Terrial definitely increased the value of my stay ! very worth it & I will be booking through this location again for the great hospitality on not just her behalf but the whole staff .

The person at the counter wanted to charge me $25 for checking in at 2 vs 3. There were no towels. The room stunk like someone was smoking pot in it. The room was was falling apart. While the heater worked it made a struggling loud sound. Never again motel 6.

The room smell like moisture, the floors was missing some flooring, children stomping on floors over head half night, blankets were thln, bath tub faucet was leaking, some of the bath towels looked dirty. Ordered a King bed ended up with two single beds /King bed was not available?

There were issues with the key We rented two rooms, a King and a Double; neither room had a trash can. The lamps beside the beds did not function, there was no lightbulb in the desk lamp in the King room. Neither room had a TV remote. The faucet in the King room trickled and did not work properly, and in the bathroom, there was no shower head attached to the pipe, so you took the shower under just the shower pipe. The bedspread was visibly worn out. It was at least clean, from what we could see. The staff when we checked in was polite and helpful.

Staff was friendly. I liked that my family & I had a room that was inside, & not outside. However, The bathroom floor was really dirty, & with long hair all over the floor. Shower water pressure was low (although clean, ehh g was very weird because the floor was dirty). Condensation on the wood floor by a/c. My son slipped, but thankfully caught himself against the window. Along that same side, the floor felt like it was going to cave in. Mini fridge was barely cool. But linen/bedding was clean (we slept on our throw blankets as we always do no matter the property we stay at). Room was updated.

Wouldn’t stay here or at any Motel 6
The staff was very nice, very helpful. The property was under construction so there was that, but there was garbage around the perimeter of the motel. The bathroom was so gross I wouldn’t get in the shower. There was a lot of sketchy behavior here by the guests, some looked like they were on drugs and just plain messed up. Moral of the story is that you get what you pay for. I’d never stay here again or at a Motel 6, I felt super unsafe.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The smoke detector wasn't hooked up, neither was the sprinkler system. Sheets were too small. Handle on inside bathroom door needed to be fixed. Shower came off in my hand. Air conditioner unit was filthy. Our key card kept deactivating. The mattress was stained. It was not good at all.

The room smells dog and never been clean, bathtub is clogged, door lock mechanism is not working properly, no managers are available to talk, AC is not working and the sink faucet water comes out very slow. We even checked out on the following day and never stayed again. Asking for a full refund!!
