Great beach front views! Close to many restaurants. Restaurant in hotel was very good. Great beach front vibe. Property smelled like weed in a lot of locations. Room didn't feel clean. Could easily hear loud neighbors through the door in adjoining room.

Staff are very friendly. The elevator is slow as others have reported. Great ocean view from the balcony. The room was clean on a surface level but there were areas left untouched like behind the nightstand in the bedroom. Things I didn't like were beyond the control of the resort like people chain smoking from their balcony or letting the door leading out to the balcony slam shut.

Great staff, amazing room. Very clean, shower water pressure and having plenty of hot water. The view is spectacular. Great location. Just wish the beds were a little bigger. But maybe I should loose some weight😅. Definitely will return again.

We had a great stay, the hotel was kept very clean, staff was helpful when we had an issue with the shower. Based off the room and service alone I would justify the price. I Would recommend this hotel.

Although we were told that the room would be available at several different times before the standard 4 o’clock check-in, each time we came back we were told that it would be another hour or so. At 4 o’clock, the room was still not ready. Other people were having the same problem. The TV didn’t seem to work properly. I will say that the staff was apologetic about the late check-in.

I love the view the room was clean but the dresser had dirt and dust in the corners of the drawers so I kept my clothes in my suitcase the room itself was nice but the floor was broken in a lot of places and the furniture is dated and I don't like a bedroom without a window. The pool was very nice and clean the rooftop lounge area was very nice. Even with the things that I didn't like I would stay again

For me and my family the location of this hotel is excellent. We went out during Father's Day weekend. It's very convenient to shops, restaurants and easy access to the beach. Also has a restaurant connected to the hotel. Everything was working correctly. Rooms are very spacious for two people. Staff is friendly

Everything was great! Loved the double balcony view of the ocean, clean space and plenty of kitchenware and appliance options for cooking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice size pool and hot tub! Perfect location, in the middle of everything you need without the rowdiness.

Ocean Sands never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and will be coming back in July. The hotel is location is very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room is clean and spacious. Balcony overlooks the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach view was excellent! Common areas were very clean and well kept. Room was smaller than expected. Once the fold out couch/bed was open there was limited space to move from bedroom to the bathroom. Internet was disappointing, couldn't access on balcony and limited in room. Parking spaces were very tight but at least there was an available space. Location to activities and food was terrific. We were able to walk to everything.
