"We have never encountered a hotel employee like Leah. She was always around for any need we had. Also, always had a smile and kind words for us. She was very helpful in telling us where the good hiking trails were and any questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in ELY."

"The linens were clean and the check in staff was great. They no longer put shampoo in the room, so you need to ask. The pool is not operational at this time. Many of the outlets didn't work in the bedroom for charging. The hotel is really in need of updates. The breakfast was as expected for most hotels, with both hot and cold. The turns into the hotel are not well lit and no signage, but it is the only hotel along the freeway. Very convenient to Discovery Center."
