"It was very convenient to every place we wanted to visit in Charlottesville. There were very good chocolate chip cookies (and fruit and coffee and tea) gratis when we arrived. The room was large and well equipped with refrigerator and microwave and a good sized TV with lots of channels. The breakfast was a cut above many motels. The price was exceptionally low. "

"The property is safe to walk around. The rooms and common areas are clean. While we didn't use the amenities on this short stay, when we do the courts are clean and the pool is clean. The property is well maintained. Our room had apparently recently been remodeled and was in excellent condition. The resort is situated in such away that both Busch Gardens and the historic district of Williamsburg and Jamestown are easily reached. The bike paths that connect to the capital bike trail make riding safe. This is a good location to stay to bike ride and kayak, while the kids are at Busch Gardens with the grandkids. "
