"Cons: The wifi/internet/cable was horribly slow. Unable to even watch a movie on tv due to buffering. Broken elevator so only 1 working on premises. The welcome text sent by the hotel telling you to text if you need anything went unanswered and the desk staff claimed to not know anything about the text feature. Wood table and chairs in room were "touched up" with brown stain that ended up on skin/clothes when sitting there. Rooms were very small. In-room mini fridge froze everything, including apples (that were not in freezer compartment). Room trash was never emptied. Breakfast closed at 9am on a holiday. Whole facility very understaffed.
Pros: Nice bed pillows. Friendly staff."

"Dated property. When exiting the elevator, the carpets smelled musty. Mold on the grout in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked on and off, when we were going to call about it, it started working. Won’t be staying here again, when there’s a newer one about a mile away. The stand, however, was very friendly and accommodating."
"The room was clean, but my stay was not the best. The person staying across the hall allowed her child to run laps up and down the hallway, screaming and banging on doors. The mother was shouting down the hall and threatening her daughter that she would lock her out of the room and slamming the door, saying that she’s going to let someone murder her if she didn’t get in the room. All of this was at 6am.
I figured I would get up because sleep was impossible and went down to get breakfast around 6:45. There wasn’t any breakfast, there was some cereal and coffee.
I went by the front desk to talk about the situation upstairs and they said “it’s a difficult situation” and nothing was done about it. The hallway was full of food and cookies and coffee grinds.
I was also locked out of my room in the early morning and my key card randomly didn’t work."
"I know this place is still working on getting it fixed and better in the future! I had to so an emergency extra booking and this place was the only one close by ! I can’t make any negative comments because I know this place is working hard to keep it running so keep hard! Thanks!"
"Wyndham Sacramento is a decent hotel. It's right off 80 and not even a sound wall just a chain link fence, it's between a car lot and Goodwill, not a nice area, but there is a Starbucks & Panda Express down the street.
Hotel was redone not too long ago, but it seems to get heavy use.
I was there for a conference in the hotel otherwise I would have picked a different hotel.
My room had some dings & dents & stains on furniture but it was mostly clean.
Bed was comfortable, great having a mini fridge, nice to have the bathroom items, and fan was not too noisy.
The windows do nothing to block freeway noise, fan helped a bit.
There were no USB chargers for my phone on the lamps, though I did find two on the back of the TV (has to be on) that slowly charged.
My key card worked on & off, my 2nd night I had to go downstairs twice to get help, and it turned out the batteries on the door lock were waning. Not sure if there is a way to predict that. Staff were super nice & helpful. Pool was consistently crowded with kids all day and night. Overall I would only stay if I needed a night next to highway 80.
Parking lot felt sketchy I used my club on the steering wheel."
