Never even think to stay here ... even in dream ..

I booked this hotel because I was arriving at VTZ airport from an International flight. No hot water at all, both at night and morning. Bed is so unclean. Bath room toilet sink not working, plethora of real problems .. I personally saw so many guests complaining at reception. Had a very bad experience. This is the first time, I am giving a bad rating to any hotel. Never even think to stay here ... even in dream ..it is not worth the money, time or stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Poor or almost non-existent customer service.

There was no hot water in the shower. More than 5 people came to my room to ‘check’ something but could not deliver. The Manager was not interested in listening. They had organized a New Year’s party which was a complete fiasco. It appears that these guys mainly into the local business of catering to marriage & other functions and care very little about the tourists coming in to stay.
