"I had such an amazing stay. The staff went that extra mile and their kindness is truly unmatched. I unfortunately got sick on my last day (no fault of the hotels) and they let me check out hours later free of charge and they also had an onsite nurse which came numerous times to administer light medication. As a traveler from Australia this practice isn’t common and I didn’t even know it was an option. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Also, the buffet breakfast and ammenities were superb!"

"The only thing that we did not like was that the room we had had a strange smell. The room itself was excellent first class. Fantastic breakfast with really attentive staff. Overall the staff were fabulous. Amenities, bars,pools, restaurants very very good. Had a great stay & really enjoyed the visit."

"Everything is great except the ongoing construction of their outdoor swimming pool, other than that excellent hotel to stay so close to SM mall just a short walking distance by the side door access. Highly recommended and probably will book again next summer vacation to come."

"As you enter the hotel, you are greeted by friendly staff. The foyer is so open and welcoming and looks magnificent. Welcome drinks were given as we wait to check in. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom, almost perfect, but the glass door separating the bath and the wash room is not tight enough to keep water from coming through. The floor could be slidy when wet, there should a rubber mat inside the bathroom to prevent accidents. Otherwise, all is good with all helpful and accomodating staff. Their beautiful ambiance is so relaxing."

"Staff was very helpful,restaurant service was very fast and the bed was very comfortable. I could have given them 5 stars but the bathroom was not impressive. The shower floor edges appeared not clean and mats looked so dirty. Javex could have done the magic to to restore white and clean color of the mat."

"Great place to stay, my room wasnt readycl when first arrived, then I had to switch rooms twice due the paint fumes, I asked them well in advance for a room with access to the swim up bar but it fell on deaf ears. Overall it was a good place but -1 star because every time I had a guest come i had to go to reception to sign them in and all the employees would gather around us like we doing something wrong, it was very awkward..."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the place was beautiful, and there were lots of amenities and activities to enjoy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
