"Apartment is very cosy and clean. Location was really good. We have some suggestions to make it perfect: please consider to add toaster, hair dryer and better coffee maker to appliances. "The room was fine, the hotel has some old sections where the carpet is really rough and stained, but it seems this is in line to be updated. The staff was very nice, the 'laundry available' was not what we expected, we had to pay the front desk to do a couple of loads for us and then we had to fold it and iron it after several hours. Just was not what I thought I signed up for. The breakfast was great and they have coffee and beverage machine service 24/7 which I liked because I like to have my cappuccino and it was always available gratis."

"This is a charming property in a quiet corner of the old city. We enjoyed spending time in the courtyard and strolling across the street to visit the botanical garden. The staff was delightful and very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and dining room every day. Although the onsite parking was booked we easily found street parking close by. We would highly recommend this hotel."
