"Wifi virket ikke. Leilighet hadde ganske upraktisk løsning. Sentralt. Noe støy fra bakgård. Noe klønete innsjekking som måtte gjøres på et annet hotell ca 1 km vekk. Vi hadde bil, men gratis parkering ca 500-600 meter vekk. Vanskelig å kjøre noe nærmere."

"Please notice that the reception closes already at 4 pm, even though the reservation email said that check-in is from 3 pm to 12 pm. So in reality the check-in is possible at the reception from 3 pm to 4 pm. If you come later, make sure that you get a separate email with the instructions to pick up the key - for some reaso we didn't receive it, and it was quite a trouble to try to get in to our room at 6 pm, as the phone number provided on the reservation confirmation didn't pick up after 4...

"This is a typically wonderful Scandic hotel with excellent service, great beds, and decadent breakfasts and is right across the road from the Central Train Station. It also has a good, though oddly painted dark, gym. The outside is safe but a lot of smokers and drunks hang out there."

"We walked to the hotel from the ferry port and it was quick and convenient. The lobby was open late for us to check in easily. We stayed in one of the apartments and the staff had it prepared for us with 4 beds. We were pleasantly surprised with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The breakfast was simple, but good. The only negative was that the internet was not very good in our apartment. We had to go to the hotel lobby to get good wifi. Staying inside the city was an incredible experience. We loved the hotel and would stay again."

"I spent 5 nights and was in heaven. Beautifully decorated and kept up. It was like stepping back in time. Having a full kitchen is a great option if you would rather not eat out. WiFi is spotty but you're on a Viking island. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful time. "
