We didn't get the chance to stay in the above Hote

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write about my experience. I booked through Expedia in July. We traveled up to Viseu last Monday. Spent time and petrol finding Rural Villa Mea only to be told by the caretaker that the Hotel had closed for it's season at the end of August. We had to then find somewhere else to stay in Viseu. Again costing us time and petrol. and also paying more for our Hotel. We are very disappointed in Expedia who ,we would have thought ,should have known about the Hotels closing times. We will not be using Expedia again or recommended your site. Mrs Mary Moore.

PESADELO NOTURNO

Boa noite. Lamento não poder atribuir nenhuma classificação, pois não passei por qualquer das situações, ás quais pedem a minha pontuação, ou seja, não pernoitei no hotel. Passo a explicar: PONTO 1: Ao chegarmos pelo início da noite ás instalações, para as quais tínhamos confirmação de reserva, estavam encerradas. PONTO 2: Depois de alguma insistência veio abrir uma nesga das portas de vidro, uma rapariga que de nada sabia, indo chamar outra pessoa. PONTO 3: Veio uma "SENHORA", de uma arrogância despropositada, como se fossemos invasores de propriedade alheia. PONTO 4: Veio então um "SENHOR", com um grande esforço para parecer simpático, que nos informou estarem encerrados, não terem qualquer reserva em meu nome, nem terem qualquer contato da V/parte sobre a nossa reserva confirmada por mail, como é do V/conhecimento. Conclusão: Tenho a minha experiência em estadias por vários locais no mundo, a minha esposa é profissional de hotelaria como Governanta Geral em unidades hoteleiras de cinco estrelas, e nunca fomos tão lamentavelmente recebidos, nem temos conhecimento que tal tenha acontecido com outras pessoas, como fomos nesta experiência, para esquecer. Sem mais e com os nossos cumprimentos.

Un trato impecable

Hotel altamente recomendable. Lo reservé sin mucha confianza porque figuraba con sólo una estrella pero la realidad fue sorprendente y he quedado muy satisfecho. Este Hotel admite mascotas y, a diferencia de otros hoteles que se anuncian admitiendo mascotas, en este hotel no vi ninguna cara mala, sino todo lo contrario se preocupaban por las mascotas. El hotel está rodeado de espacios muy aptos para pasear con las mascotas. El desayuno muy bueno y destacaba por la calidad del zumo de naranja recién exprimido.
