"The staff at the front desk were so welcoming! Even when returning from a day out they always greet you with a “welcome back”, it may be a small detail but it definitely goes a long way. The rooms were clean and were attended to everyday. The hotel is also close to a lot of spots in soho which was great and the vibes were immaculate. I will most definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you Sheraton Tribeca Hotel for the hospitality."

"The breakfast and lounge has nice decor. Free Breakfast is white toast, everything bagel, cream cheese, jam, yogurt, butter, coffee and OJ from 7-9am. Hotel keeps it clean and stocked during breakfast hours. It was perfect for our needs. My recommendation is to get the larger room with 2 double beds bc the room with 2 twin beds is very tight. There is about 1-inch between the two twin beds. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but everything works well. Small fridge and ear plugs available in room. It’s NYC there will be noise from outside but mainly from Loud cars and police sirens. Shampoo and bar soap available. Air conditioner and heater unit also works perfectly. We had to use both heat and AC in November. Location is great. Subway stop is right beside. Chinatown steps away. Great restaurants, bars, shops all walking distance. Front desk is also helpful and friendly. Filtered water available all the time. "
