The one big negative was dinner in the main dining room – the service was extremely slow after the appetizers were delivered. We waited almost an hour for the main dish. Aside from that this hotel is highly recommended. "

"Perfect location. We could see the Matterhorn from our balcony. The only drawback was no air conditioning and the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was excellent! Everyone was also kind and helpful. "

"The room was perfect for 2 of us. Amazing view of the valley and mountains too!! The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the restaurant service wad top notch as well. I would definitely stay here again! SUPER minor thing but I would add a fan to the room (we closed the windows because it was raining quite hard and windy, so it got pretty warm at night)-- but that’s about it!"

"Great stay. Rooms have 2x usb (2 and 3) sockets as well as with pin sockets. Unsure if air con is working in room 36 as the dial next to the door doesn’t seem to achieve anything. Lovely hotel and would recommend. Kettle and fridge plus coffee maker and pods supplied."
