No ice for drinks. A bottle of water was more expensive than a glass of wine. The owner of the hotel Alexandrio could speak English and French. Very nice man but not always available. Helped us out. No shops nearby. Cleanses of room was good. Small room. All tv channels were in Italian. 150 euros for shuttle to airport. (4 people)"
