Spacious comfortable room

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!

Great stay, convenient location

The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with check in

Sercotel is a nice property in a good location and was great for what we needed. The only complaint I have is upon checkin they refused to reimburse us one night’s lodging when our plans changed. They said that because we went through a third party they were unable to do anything about it

Me he llevado una decepción y nunca volveré.

Me ha sorpredindo mucho que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga en cuenta la intimidad de un huésped en la zona de baño. Al parecer en el baño no han puesto cortinas ni tampoco el cristal difuminado de baño, por lo tanto queda el baño expuesto al exterior y te pueden ver perfectamente desde el parking exterior. Lo comenté a la chica de recepción y me dice que es consciente y que lleva 9 años trabajando allí y que no se puede hacer nada. La verdad me llevé una gran decepción que me ha llevado a decidir nunca pisar ese hotel.
