Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "I had made the booking for two rooms for a business trip, unfortunately plans changed due to a family bereavement, the app would not allow me to change the booking dates, I contacted the Hotels.Com contact centre and explained the situation, they attempted to call the property as the revised dates I required were available. The hotel front desk did not answer and the contact centre advised they will ensure the date will be changed for both rooms, I received an email confirming the change was made after they made contact with the hotel front desk two days later. I then kept receiving emails asking how my check in was on the original dates which I asked to be changed, worried I called the contact centre again, they reconfirmed the dates were amended for both rooms. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel advised they only made a change to one of the booking dates and classified the second booking as a "No Show" for the original dates. I had to waste another hour explaining the situation, providing email confirmations and evidence. This was not acceptable as it took one hour to attempt checking in with both rooms which were already prepaid. I was advised by the duty manager to take the matter up with Hotels.Com - very poor experience..."
