Great stay after a long bike ride. We were welcomed by Claudio who showed us our comfortable room, stored our bikes safely, and even allowed us to do some much needed washing. Breakfast was in the square, and delicious. Recommended.

Siamo arrivati e la nostra stanza non era disponible perché avevano avuto più prenotazioni del numero delle stanze, quindi ci hanno dato un appartamento in un edificio vicino. Appartamento abbastanza carino e molto pulito (però la luce in camera non funzionava...). Problemi (non so se dovuto a expedia o alla struttura) poi risolti con il pagamento, in quanto non risultava pagato mentre noi avevamo saldato tutto al momento della prenotazione. Location vicino al centro e con posteggio. Colazione ok in una buona pasticceria. Visto i vari disguidi non so se consiglerei la struttura, forse solo per il prezzo!

Would stay again, but needs attention

I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian. The next day I left and when I came back the room had been reset. So, to give specifics about the room. The trip around the door was loose and falling apart at the bottom. One of the shower doors were missing, there was some mold/mildew and the hand attachment receiver was loose both in holding the attachment position and the height. The toilet seat was loose. There were several spider webs in multiple locations, water damage behind the radiator, towel hook was missing hardware and loose. As you can see, with a screw driver and pliers I could have fixed most of it in less than 30 min which makes you wonder “why?” The grounds were nice but had a lot of issues with ants and mosquitoes. To end on a high note, the staff always greeted me with a smile when they’d see me coming or going, I really appreciated that. There breakfast system is nice as well, you receive redeemable cards for a local cafe and it’s pretty great there as well.
