"Room was clean and spotless. Staff was courteous and polite. Staff offered us early breakfast too but unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of such a generous offer . But i will give this business 10/10 . "

"The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already deciding when we will come back to Domodossola and the Eurossola Hotel!"

"We checked in and the room was very hot. I asked the person at the front desk how to adjust the thermostat. I was told the air conditioning was broken. I said we didn’t want to stay the second night with the room temperature so high. I was told we could not check out a day early to move to another hotel with air conditioning, but we would receive a one night credit. We have not seen it."

"Velmi slušné ubytování s dobrým servisem. Snidaně vedle v baru naprosto pohodová. Je to sice pravděpodobně ubytování pro kamionisty, ale opravdu v pohodě i pro běžného klienta."

"It is a beautifully hotel with great furnishing. The breafast is very nice. We were dropped of far from the hotel by the bus. The owner comes on his personal car to pick us up. This is more that expected."
