"Generally this is a good place to stay. The view is fantastic and you can see the bay from the balcony of the room directly. The only issue is that there is no AC. Therefore, it is not a good idea to live here if the weather is too hot. The facilities are a little bit old but it still well deserves the price. If you are pursuing quality-price ratio, this is a very good choice."

"Loved the view of Coconut Island and being able to explore near by. Didn't like the ripped/stained curtains for the lanai. Restraunt was excellent. Vending machine gave us warm sodas and ice machine didnt work majority of the time for the floor we were on."

"This hotel is more like a rental house than typical hotel. There are only eight or so rooms and each one has nice views with privacy. There is no staff on site but you can contact them is needed. I would stay here again. One thing to consider, you are 30 minutes from most services. If you donโ€™t mind that and want something quiet this is a great option."

"Cute mom-and-pop property in a great location near Volcanoes National Park. It felt more like staying in a little house in the rainforest than a hotel. A little rustic, but in a good way. Hearing the birds and other animals at night made it really special. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"
