"Excellent service and exceptional customer service by staff! We went to celebrate my mums birthday and staff decorated the room, mum was surprised and very happy! We requested to have dinner for mums birthday and the staff decorated the dinning area for birthday celebrations! They truly went above and beyond to celebrate my mums birthday and also sang with us! We definitely recommend to everyone to go and enjoy the warm hospitality and amazing service of Tanoa rakiraki team has to offer. We are very grateful and definitely going back for a longer stay. 10 on 10 for everything! "

"This resort is clearly attuned to the 'customer experience'. Everything theyvdo focuses on whether the experience w/b enjoyed/appreciated bybthe customer. The dive operation is superb, the food service and food are outstanding, housekeeping is excellent, the service team is beyond warm and friendly -- the overall resort is beautifully comfortable. "
