"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. "The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. "What a wonderful stay at the Rosengarten Hotel & Cafe. I stayed in one of their other grand Victorian houses for a week. Villa Germania is not as grand as the primary property, but it is a grand, historic and well-looked-after house. The double room was spacious and comfortable. It had a modern bathroom with an overhead rain shower, perfect for relaxing after a hectic travel day. It is an excellent short walk to the center pedestrian main street, where a wide variety of shops and restaurants help you enjoy this beautiful German village. An absolute dream of a holiday! I am in love with Bad Salzuflen."
