Das beste war meine Verlängerung um eine Nacht, die ich einen Tag vor Ablauf bei der Telefonnr. Anfragte die aushing; Rezeption war ja nicht besetzt. Man nahm alles auf und wollte sich melden. Am nächsten Tag weitere Anfrage von mir, schon etwas unhöflichere Antwort, ja man wisse dies, das Personal vor Ort kümmere...

I asked what time breakfast was, but he said I had to pay extra for it—despite the property being advertised with FREE BREAKFAST. After checking in, we were told our room wasn’t actually there—we had to walk another 500 meters to a different building. There’s limited parking outside, but luckily we found a space. To access the room, you have to unlock the main door with a key safe and then find your room yourself. It’s completely unmanned sleeping accommodation.
When we entered, the room was really dirty—dust and cobwebs everywhere.
The sofabed was dirty, with cigarette burns and stains on the bedsheet. It was clear the beds had never been moved for cleaning. The kitchen had damaged appliances, and there was no bag in the bin. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.
In the bathroom, when we took a shower, water ran everywhere except down the drain, flooding part of the bedroom. The floor panels were already damaged, so it clearly happened to guests before us.
The view from the window was something else—the owner is using the back garden as a dumping site, with rubbish piling up everywhere. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of urine whenever "
