"This hotel was FILTHY! Bed bugs in room 415, cleaning staff reused sheets from previous guests as both beds had hair in them. The toilet was nasty and stained/rusted. There were fingerprints on the TV. The key card reader didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk twice and the night employee finally came up and opened it. When I reported reported the problems, the behavior and attitude of the housekeeping manager and the morning front desk staff was shameful. Refused to provide name and contact for the GM, other than “Ms. Dixon” to get a proper resolution. This hotel is ghetto, with terrible staff and customer service. I’ve reported this to Hilton already. Please take your business elsewhere. I’ll let my credit card company handle it going forward."

"Overall, this hotel was basic but perfectly fine for the area. The room was quiet, which was a plus. The mattress was definitely on the firmer side, but the linens were surprisingly nice and comfortable. Towels were pretty basic and smaller than expected, but usable.
The check-in process after dark was a little unusual — you ring a doorbell from outside and staff handle everything through a glass slot in the door. It felt a bit odd at first, but it worked.
There aren’t a lot of hotel options in town, and for what it was, this place was clean, quiet, and did the job. I would stay there again."

"I stay here often so to see that the room I was given this last time was in poor condition surprised me. In addition to being asked several times if I was checking out (this was at around 9am) and constantly reminding me that check out is at 11am was a bit too much for me."
