"The place was clean and they thoughtfully designed the space to maximize effeciency. However, the building is old and you can't get around that. The room was in a good location, quiet, and fine for a couple for a weekend. There were no drawers, so if you stay longer, that could be an issue if you don't like to live out of your suitcase. Also, there was only access to a plug on one side of the bed, but when we asked for an extension cord so we could plug in phones etc on both sides of the bed, they took care of that immediately. The staff was universally friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour do it yourself coffee bar was great."

"Always love the Loews brand. Consistently clean, friendly, and helpful. Love the valet parking. The Philadelphia location is built in a beautifully renovated old bank where they have kept the charm. Love the lounge area for sports and a nightcap before bed."

"Nice hotel. The room was big and modern. Bed was fine but the pillows were sub par. The hallways and common areas could have been cleaner but room was nice and clean. The main thing I didn’t like was that you accessed the hotel from an alley that was a bit dark and definitely uninviting. Had to take elevator or stairs to the 1st floor lobby which was nice and lively. Lots of airline staff staying there. Patrick at the front desk was super helpful and went out of his way to be accommodating."
