"My family and I have visited this resort approximately five times, and we thoroughly enjoy it. It offers fantastic activities for kids, and we particularly love the restaurant food. However, during our recent visit, we encountered some rudeness from the staff at the pool bar/restaurant. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff were as amazing as usual. Lastly, we noticed that the beds, bed sheets, and pillows felt damp every day. Despite these issues, it remains a great resort for families."

"This was a really pretty place with the gardens and grounds all very beautiful. The swimming pools had great potential and I would have loved to have a swim if the water wasn't black. The toilets near the pool were unusable. The property says it is a resort, but be warned, there is no bar and no restaurant. The whole place is run by one Chinese guy and one trusty assistant from the village who rode up behind us on his horse to make sure we didn't drive into the water. You have to drive through...
