"Good: Unlike other hotels, we were able to book connecting rooms. Rooms a decent size and room service good and quick. Easy access to town (in taxi). One of a few hotels we could find with a pool. Bad: Queues for everything. Never managed to go to the rooftop pool - always busy with instagrammers ..."

"The shuttle left us stranded at the airport. It simply didn't run, I called after waiting past it's due time and was told to take a taxi. In fairness they did reimburse my immediately for the fare. When I asked about a shuttle back to the Airport in the morning, I was told there was not one available. ..."
