"Good location but far away from town. I did not have breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable but no chari to do work. Perhaps better for family as lot of space"
"Centrally located close to train station and shops. Short walk to old part of town and waterfront. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable room."
"It was as advertised, a cabin at a campground early in the season. Bring your own bedding and towels or pay 120NOK each.
We enjoyed walking along the beach boardwalk also other trails nearby. It took about 25 minutes to drive to Kristiansand center."
"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The convenience to Dyreparken cannot be beat! We had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and were not disappointed. The table agreed that that their coffee machine is great! We even had a emergency happen while at the hotel with our two year old getting injured while at the hotel (not the hotel's fault, just an accident) and the hotel staff was amazing! Many people on staff jumped in to help along the way, and two of them even offered to drive me and my son to the emergency room since my husband was away from the hotel at the time. When we got back to the hotel after my son getting a few stitches the dinner staff checked in on us again and made sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! Regarding the rooms, they have everything you need. The bunkbed rooms are more fun because they are more themed, but we had no issues with cleanliness, or anything like that. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be back again again some time in the future. "
