There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! "Dépendance is super hard to access to the spa they make you take your robe out the street and walk with it in the middle of winter instead of welcoming you in the spa with a temporary one. Very strange. Also staff is not friendly for the standing at the reception they are not nice. "
