"I had a fantastic stay at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. "The property said the check-in was open until 22:00, but when we arrived at 20:00, we had to look around to find someone. The description said their bar was open until later, but we were told it was unavailable when we checked in. Our room was in the basement of a dusty inn with ill kept carpets, and the shared bathroom had mildew in the grout tiles. The shared kitchen had very noticeable stains on the appliances. We felt uncomfortable and slightly unwelcome. "

The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc. I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good. "
