"Bel ensemble de petites maisons, dans un beau jardin. Très bien situé, au calme, proche d'une pizzeria, de 2 boulangeries, d'un café, et aussi d'un excellent restaurant ("Malvasia e pane cunzato", un peu plus loin dans la rue des Eucalyptus) Douches extérieures très agréables. Climatisation dans la chambre appréciée. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Antonio était aux petits soins et est venu nous chercher au port. Le centre de Vulcano et les plages sont proches à pied, mais je recommande...

"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place."

"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

"This was a very good hotel with a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent with rooms being serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle bus to the port was a nice extra."

"We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion."
