"The hotel was quiet. No loud noise from traffic on the highway. My room faced 31. My bedding was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The pillows were ok. Wish I would have brought my own pillow. But it’s right next to a Walmart. So if you need supplies. You literally can walk to the Walmart.
The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. The fridge kept my drinks cold.
I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area just to sleep and going to Michigans Adventure. I spent 2 nights...
"The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. It made us feel a little out of place. The photos were wrong as well,...
"People should be aware when there are residents at hotels. This one appears to be a halfway house with a sign posted that there are no alcohol allowed on the property among other things that will get this posting taken down if I mention. Check how much this place gets to house the unhoused while you pay $160 a night. And are those residential smoke alarms? Ours was unhooked and placed in the drawer when we arrived."
"It was a pleasure staying there me and my family. We had a really good time. Everything was nice and clean. Everybody helped you out, and Paul was nice to get in."
"Even though the staff were lovely people, the hotel was located in a sketchy part of town. We saw a high prostitute waiting for a pickup and a homeless guy going through the garbage at the front entrance. The carpet in our room was filthy. Luckily there were many bikers staying there and that may have discouraged any illegal activities from taking place. Linens were threadbare and I worried about reuse of sheets. Couldn't wait to leave."
"Do not book a room here. The place is dirty, very dated, and our room did not have hot water. After waiting about four hours and being told it was fixed, we discovered it was not. We asked for refund and left the hotel."
